We’re Lindsy and Acacia, colleagues who became best friends while working together in a corporate environment, and founded LENA in 2020.
Our friendship grew through working together, sharing ideas and discovering how our different strengths complement each other. Acacia brings a focus on people, leadership and connection. Lindsy brings analytical depth, technical understanding and a sharp eye for patterns.
Through LENA, we bring these perspectives together to help leaders and teams reflect, find direction and take practical steps forward.

Lindsy Martodimedjo

Lindsy brings more than fifteen years of experience in corporate environments, with a background in client data, governance and technical problem-solving.
She combines a sharp eye for patterns with the curiosity to understand what sits beneath the surface. Her growing interest in AI focuses on how it can support more effective ways of working, while keeping responsible use in view.
Her interest in mindfulness and yoga brings a thoughtful, grounded perspective alongside her analytical approach. Through LENA, she helps leaders and teams explore challenges, find clarity and make considered choices.
Acacia Bhikharie
Human connection. Practical direction.
Acacia brings extensive experience in corporate environments, with a background in people leadership, coaching and transformation.
She creates space for honest conversations, helping people feel heard, recognise their strengths and find direction. Her approach combines warmth and curiosity with a practical focus: turning reflection into clear choices and meaningful action.
